Welcome to Brian Hurren Music Academy

Thank you for choosing to enrol with us. We care a great deal about our students and want to make sure every student gets the most out of our classes. We have a few terms and conditions we would like you to be aware of.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• BHMA Group lessons are £53.50 per month

• Mini Music Academy fees are £39.85 per month

• Our fees are made up of 44 weeks of tuition spread over 12 months. This saves us having to charge more on 5 week months and less on 3 week months etc. Administering that would raise our costs and our class fees. You are not committed to a year, purely month on month.

• Fees are paid in advance of classses. We are unable to accept cash, card payments or bank transfers as part of our fees.

• We are unable to hold spaces in classes unless you are subscribed. Please sign up prior to your first class here at BHMA

• Fees are non refundable, so please remember to cancel your subscription prior to the following month being processed. Fee’s are processed on the same day each month from when you join.

• We are closed for 8 weeks during the year. We will notify students of when we are closed but generally we close on the following:

  • 2 weeks @ Christmas

  • 1 Week @ February Break

  • 2 Weeks @ Easter

  • 2 Weeks @ the Beginning of July

  • 1 Week @ October Break

• Missed Classes: We cannot refund fees for missed classes. If you think you are going to miss a class please let us know and we will try our best to offer you an alternative class. We cannot do this for last minute cancelations so please let us know as soon as you can. We sometimes run extra classes during the year and we are always conscious of attendance so will do our best to keep you informed of other ways of catching up.

• Students must respect the instruments. We have gone the extra mile to ensure that we have the best equipment so the students get the most out of their time here. It’s therefore imperative that students treat the instruments with respect at all times.

• Leaving BHMA: To cancel, log into your account and cancel your subscription. We would really appreciate it if you could send us an email letting us know.
